As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, The Arc of Grays Harbor is composed of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, professionals and concerned members of the community. The Arc’s mission is to advocate for the rights and full participation of all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Along with our network of members and chapters, we support and empower individuals and families; connect and inform individuals and families; improve support and service systems; influence public policy; increase public awareness; and inspire inclusive communities.

Community Engagement

The Arc of Grays Harbor provides Community Guide and Community Engagement services for clients receiving DDA services. These services allow people with disabilities the ability to access their community with the supports they need. Participants engage in a variety of community-based opportunities to grow their social network and knowledge.

Your old car, no matter how broken down or beat up, can make an incredible gift for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) this holiday season. How? By donating your old car to The Arc of Grays Harbor you make it possible for us to fulfill our mission of serving and advocating for people with I/DD and their families.

It’s easy. Make one phone call or send Jeff an email and your donated vehicle will be sold to benefit our programs. Every day, we and other chapters of The Arc are on the front lines providing advocacy and vital services for people with I/DD and their families. We depend on your donations.

But not everyone can make a cash donation – we know that, so we have a way that you can turn an old car, boat, motorcycle or any other titled vehicle into a valuable donation for a worthy cause. All you have to do is contact us and we will take care of the rest. We will make arrangements to pick up or tow your vehicle and sell it at auction with cash proceeds going directly to support worthwhile programs. We’ll even make sure you get the proper paperwork to take a deduction for your donation at tax time.

Thanks and have a wonderful holiday season.
